Digitizing costs start at $25.00 per logo for up to 10,000 stitches (add $2.00 per 1000 stitches and above). This is a one time fee per digitized logo we use for you or your customer(s).
Although we have very low spoilage rates for contract embroidery, you must allow for a 2% average.
We are not responsible for customer supplied DST files and or customer provided apparel items. Any customer supplying their own DST files MUST supply the items to be embroidered for that specific job.
Please supply artwork for embroidery as a high resolution PNG, TIFF, AI, EPS, PDF (We suggest min 300 dpi). Please email all artwork or quotes requests to staff@bluecitytees.com

Embroidery is best for creating logos on a thicker garment, such as a polo shirts or jumpers. Embroidery on garments are long lasting and durable. Embroidery may cost more than traditional printing, however the longevity makes it cost effective. With larger designs, we would recommend printing over embroidery. Not all designs are suitable for embroidery and therefore you should take this into consideration. For best results, avoid heavy gradients and a high use of complicated color palates.
